PDF Terms & Conditions

PDF versions of publications can be purchased in addition to or instead* of hardcopies.

Additional PDF licences can be purchased for 10% of the full report price.

Please email publications@dw-1.com for more information or to ask for prices for multiple licences.

The additional copies can be purchased at a later date to the original sale.

Online PDF orders will be set-up on our secure PDF system, before being sent via email to the address you provide within an hour** of your purchase.

Features of the secure PDF system used by DWL:

• With each publication purchase, the PDF report can be viewed/saved/printed on 4 machines. 
• The first time the PDF is opened an internet connection is required and the supplied password and username are needed. After this time, the PDF can be used as normal.  
• Due to copyright restriction, PDFs of reports do not have the option to copy content or make screenshots. Please contact us if there are any charts or information you intend to reproduce and we will consider all requests.

Opening PDFs – Troubleshooting
If you are trying to open a PDF behind a proxy server or firewall and are experiencing problems, please tick the box “Check here if you are having difficulty”. You will be given an access code e.g. 4CDADC which you should email to publications@dw-1.com. We will then reply with an ‘unlock code’ which you should enter to give you access to the PDF. You will only be required to used the codes the first time of opening on your machine.
